During her eleven years as President and CEO of World Travel & Incentives, in Minneapolis, they achieved numerous SITE Crystal Awards for Excellence, 3M’s Supplier of the Year Award, and were named among the Top 10 Incentive Companies in the country. In 1997, subsequent to an acquisition by Navigant International, Perfetti was responsible to coordinate the “Best Practices” of a new meetings and incentives division by consolidating 13 separate meetings departments in North America. Her more than 30 years of experience have been applied to design and implement successful Meeting Consolidation Strategies for Fortune 500 Companies across the country. Carole has served on numerous industry and public boards and panels, including SITE (Society of Incentive Travel Executives), MPI (Meeting Planners International), Hyatt Hotels, Hilton Hotels, Bacara Resort & Spa, Northwest Airlines, TWA, Global Events Partners, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, and YPO (Young President’s Organization).
